Manufacturing Milestones.
Foundation & Foundry Setup
Established as a workshop manufacturing liner piston sets for horizontal engines. Foundry operations were set up with a 3-ton cupola furnace, producing CI pipes, fittings, and manhole covers.
Exports & Process Expansion
Expanded exports to South-East Asia, added semi-automatic lathe machines, and diversified operations into steel scrap and pig iron trading.
Product & Technology Growth
Introduced engine heads, blocks, flywheels, and CI & SG components. Installed electric furnaces and CNC machining lines to support higher precision and consistency.
Advanced Manufacturing Scale
Scaled production for high-volume brake liners and installed advanced moulding lines, sand plants, and CNC/VMC/VTL machines serving construction and agricultural industries.
